2020 Mental Health Awareness Calendar
There are many great events and campaigns in the coming year related to mental health, and we at SacWellness want to help ourselves and others easily find them! Below is a list of awareness days, weeks, and months that we’ve gathered and sorted by month, so you can note when they are happening and find ways to get involved as they get closer. Each day/week/month event has a link to some further information, so be sure to give them a click if you want to know more!
As the days/weeks/months get closer, we may write blog posts about individual events (check out some of our previous posts where we have already done that!), but this is a nice place we can all refer back to to find out what’s going on in any given month.
